Advantages: Good quality

Disadvantages: Terrible after sales service.

I write in agreement with qsiret.MFI sell some nice appealing kitchens which you can choose with the help of a seemingly friendly & professional salesperson.However,once you've paid your money thats where the server friendliness comes to an end.You now do as they say...no option!When delivering my kitchen they couldn't either wait an extra 10 mins for someone to arrive & receive the delivery or,even though they had other deliveries in the area, attend another delivery then return.That cost me £50 for another delivery plus costs I had to pay my installer as,for the next delivery,I had to wait another 2wks.When my kitchen had been installed,there was 1 cabinet over.Although still boxed as delivered,MFI dont do refunds.The fault had to be with the kitchen designer not MFI as the manager claimed he'd entered the order himself on to the system.Obviously he's God & doesn't ever make mistakes.This said without even checking the order no,so he's either got a fantastic memory or he doesn't sell many kitchens!The kitchen itself I am very pleased with.As for MFI,I will never walk in one of their shops again.Their after sales service is disgraceful!

Summary: MFI service is disgraceful AFTER they've got your money!
