Disadvantages: Delivery is a disgrace

The standard of service from MFI is a disgrace once the sale is complete. MFI failed to deliver 4 major items for our kitchen including a 1000 mm unit and internal rack. Because we notified MFI of the ommissions after the 3 day complaint period they refused to deliver our goods. We followed our complaint to national level, but were faced with the same lack of service. The poor delivery was repeated when our bathroom appeared with 3 items missing.

I would strongly advice anyone to avoid MFI.

Summary: Lack of ability to deliver is reason to buy elsewhere
