Disadvantages: flat packed appaling customer service.

I was disgusted with the customer service received from MFI after ordering a made to plan kitchen. They sent out the units in the wrong size, the wrong handles, a faulty cooker, no waste unit for the sink. When we spoke to them about it they said that it would be about 8 weeks for the cooker, 4 weeks for the handles and longer for the new cupboards. We were told to get a VAT receipt for our builders time and that with that they 'might' think about refunding their labour costs.

I have purchased from MFI before and not been dissapointed but their service and accuracy on this has been an absolute JOKE. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Summary: Poor customer service.
