Well I do own it. Unfortunately although I paid for them to install it, that has not happened yet. Four weeks ago they took out my old kitchen, leaving me with nothing. The new kitchen was delivered damaged, so the installer would not fit it. I had to argue to even get a sink put back in! So now they have told me I have to be in on wednesday to accept the new kitchen. Since they have only given me 48 hours notice I have no hope of this... So then they tell me I have to wait at least two more weeks for them to arrange another delivery date. Not what I had expected.

Summary: Don't trust a word they say!
