I bought from MFI before I found this website and all the negative comments herein. I bought at MFI Portsmouth and apart from poor communication among the teenage girls they employ on Saturdays and Sundays and no-one ever answering the phone there when I had a question. I received my kitchen on the second date arranged (first one cancelled by their fitters who had another job they had to finish first)
The delivery men were very polite and they delivered all the items they had. It turned out they were in fact all the items I had ordered. They were fitted well within gthe allotted time and I now have a fully functionally kitchen which apart from the fact I have to tile and paint the walls etc looks much like the one in the brochure. After having suffered terrible customer service from virtually every other company I have dealt with for both home and car I would thoroughly reccomend MFI. They were not perfect, but a darn site better than many others!
