MFI good experience (MFI Kitchen Furniture)

I bought a kitchen from MFI, the Nebraska range (simple white kitchen), with fitting included. The staff at the shop were very polite and helpful. I decided to buy from them because I liked the look of the product and it was cheaper than other companies. I was quite nervous about my decision because I had heard bad things about MFI. Also I did not like their policy of having to pay for the kitchen 1 month before the delivery, but I just paid with my credit card and hoped for the best. To my surprise they delivered the units on the agreed date, I was very relieved about that. There were a couple of things missing and one wrong part, but I phoned them and they sent the replacement parts by DHL the next day. Very pleased. I thought everything was going too well. The following week the fitters were due on Monday, but they phoned to say they could not come on Monday and that they would come on Tuesday, I did not mind that, at least they phoned a few days before. They came as agreed on Tuesday and they took 3 days to install the kitchen. Everything went OK, no problems at all. I could not believe it after having read so many bad reviews about MFI. I am very pleased with my kitchen, although it is not finished yet. I have not had the ceramic tile floor layed yet nor the wall tiles. This will be done by a tiler in a couple of weeks (the MFI fitters did not do tiling).
