Purchased a kitchen from mfi staff were very helpfull and planned everything for me,also offered to come out & measure as a goodwill gesture as i was having my own fitter,problems started at delivery when i had no worktops and 2 cabinets missing,to be told i would wait 2 weeks on them,started fitting and discovered my larder unit didnt fit round my meters and my fuse box,position of sink meant that the hole for the tap pipes was outside the cabinet leaving no clearance for pipes as my washing machine was next to it.dishwasher was sticking out because of waste pipe behind,plan looked good but wasnt possible because of obstacles 3 weeks later im still sitting with half a kitchen,cant wait till its over my kithchen fitter has gone grey haired hes been here so long!!! spoke to the manager who cant help of course he already has my money and his bonus !!! what happened to half stars ?
