Advantages: Sales staff honest that you can get cheaper fitters than theirs

Disadvantages: MFI fitters take approx. 9wks to start and cost almost double

Thieves - utter theft.
Spent over £2,400 on a Space White kitchen which was delivered and the customer charter and invoice shoved under my nose with the beautiful words "sign and date her, love". Even had the delivery driver's colleague take a box out of my flat and go back to the lorry telling me that it was for a different customer.

It's taken so long to finally get a fitter and to our horror discover that a base unit is missing (probably the same one the delivery guy took back to the lorry that day).

Now, like thousands of disgruntled MFI customers I phone their "customer services" and am told to pay another £173 and lets not forget the £15 delivery charge for the items which they failed to deliver in the first place - since it is over 3 days.
Not only that, I now have to wait 2wks for the unit to arrive at my door. Nice.

Hang on, why does this company get away with this???
What happened to statutory rights?
Any other store you buy something and can take it back in a month ...but oh not greedy fat fingers MFI.
