Regret MFI kitchen (MFI Kitchen Furniture)

Disadvantages: Overpriced fitting, no customer service

I have ordered an MFI kitchen and already I regret it and it is not even delivered yet. It cost £3300 including a fitting cost of £1300, but when the fitter came round he wanted to charge an extra £2335 for plumbing, electrics, fitting the vinyl, tiling, gas works. So including the price for fitting the units, the total cost of fitting is more than the cost of the kitchen. I am going to try to find my own fitter now, but I do not know if I am going to be able to extract myself from the MFI fitter without some sort of penalty payment. I wish I had never started the whole enterprise. I have already tried to call MFI but they never answer the phone and never return your calls. I am going there tomorrow.
