So I am not alone in experiencing deplorable service from MFI?. Having ordered and payed for a £3500 kitchen in November and actually asking them to deliver it 2 weeks AFTER their proposed delivery date I got a phone call the day before to say they had experienced 'Manufacturing difficulties' and only sent 1/2 of the items ordered.
In this delivery there wasn't even enough to complete a partial fix. The second delivery was agreed and a discount negotiated for the inconvenience. This date came and went with no sign of the units, it was only after several calls to the customer service department that the remaining items arrived another week later............ Guess what?.... the delivery driver broke the 3mtr pelmet as he took it out of the van!!!!.

Ok ...so accidents happen and I was promised faithfully that the new pelmet would be there within a week... yes you guessed it ....the day before deliver they called to say they had the old failthfull 'Manufacturing Difficulties.

By this time the stress and anger I was feeling finall boiled over when I was told it was my fault that I hadn't installed half a kitchen !!!!!. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DEAL WITH MFI.... I have found their service incompetent and there staff well practised in offering excuses but no solutions.

If I had found this site before parting with my money I would never have dealt with them, further more I would strongly urge anyone considering buying from this company to insist on a cash on delivery sale... if they want your business and are as confident in their advertising as they say they are then they will do it.... if they don't then just walk away ....sooner or later they may get the message but some how I doubt it. After all what kind of customer service manager refuses to talk to customers..... I can only assume the very worst kind.

Summary: The worst company I have ever had the miss fortune to deal with
