Appalling service (MFI Kitchen Furniture)

I have been having huge problems with MFI as it seems evryone les has on here and if I had read the reviews on here before making my purchase I would not have gone ahead with it. Our problems with our delivery are still unresolved and it looks like it won't be until the middle of May.

For peoples information, in your terms and conditions with MFI it states that if you have problems with your delivery and it is not resolved within 4 weeks then you can refer it to the furniture ombusdman which is exactly what I will be doing. They need to be made aware of the problems people are having with MFI otherwise it will continue.

I have never dealt with such a bad and unhelpful call center whose staff make false promises which they do not follow through and whose managers will not speak to customers. For example I was told I would be receiving a call back on Friday 21st March only to be told when we went into the store, as yet again no call was received, that no one was working on this day in the call centers.

I will never be using MFI for any orders again

Summary: We are still missing furniture that was ordered in January
