Disadvantages: Unrealistic dream for gullible buyers

These reviews are so unbelievable but also so TRUE!
Quite simply MFI Head Office does not attain what the salesperson promess. The salespersons are actually very blunt and full of details about the organisation shortcomings after the complaints come back to them.
The misrepresentation, the months delays, furniture not fit for purpose, the sluggish and disinterested service, the continuous inconvenience, the stress, the aggravation and loss of earnings suffered by us the customers resulting from MFI callous disorganisation and negligence, the waiting and hoping tomorrow is going to be done, the lack of information, the loss of time, the persistently wrong pieces, the need to wait at home for failed deliveries and the considerable time spent trying to get MFI to complete the supply of units. I am an old age pensioner and suffered personal back injury due to stumbling over and moving MFI bits and pieces of furniture waiting months for MFI deliveries. MFI never managed to comply with their contract. In the end, I had to look and pay carpenters to finish the job which is nowhere near the picture in the brochure, neither as good as the furniture on show and nothing like what I thought I was buying.
