MFI professional idots on how NOT to do Customer Service (MFI Kitchen Furniture)

Advantages: Save yourself heart/head ache Disadvantages: none I have just read all the MFI reviews. I am in the middle of the same delivery problems and the worst after customer sales service I have ever experienced in my life. We have been delivered incorrect units and missing loads of units! I have been to the store twice in 1 day but over 10 visits in total (Croydon store) and promised that my delivery would be sorted in time for my fitter to fit before he is off to another job. Promises I now discover by phoning up the service centre will not be kept. The essential items will not be delivered until 17/9. The Croydon manager (Ben) who I found unbeliveable arrogant could not care less. My fitter has had to go to Howdens to buy units that I have already paid for with MFI, Corinice because they did not order enough, waiting on extractor brackets/chimmney that were left behind ...... I could go on but take the warnings do not buy from professional idots who could not care less once they have banked your money! Summary: Save yourself heart/head ache |
