Advantages: The right people to do the planning and the right product

Disadvantages: None that I have been able to see.

I made the mistake of reading some customer revues the day after I had placed the order with Moben and paid the deposit.It made me very nervous about carrying on but the salesman had been very good and knowledgeable and when the surveyor turned up a week later,he also inspired confidence and when I voiced my concerns about customer
(dis)satisfaction on the internet he put it into perspective by pointing out just how many kitchens a week that they fit and how some do inevitably go somewhat awry.We therefore pressed on.
The kitchen arrived on the day they said it would.Two worktops were noted as missing by the deliverers but they made a few phone calls and assured me that they would arrive on the day of the fit.They did.
The fitters turned up on the appointed day.The office phoned half an hour later to check that they had arrived and the area manager arrived half an hour after that to check on them.
By that time they had discovered that there was no sink.The delivery order stated "out of stock will deliver when available".Not a good start.However a couple of phone calls and one was traced for delivery next day.It was.
From then on it was non stop action.The old kitchen was out within an hour and the new one was finished by 6.45pm the following day.The second day the three fitters worked for a straight ten hours.
They were pleasant,friendly nothing was too much trouble.They were prepared to do a few bits extra with no quibbling or grumbling and what's more took a great pride in their work never being prepared to accept anything that was not absolutely to everyone's satisfaction.
The electricians turned up to install the new circuitry for our first electric oven on the day and time promised and once again they were friendly and helpful,shifting furniture and taking up carpets and replacing like they had had never been disturbed.
I know and accept that there are genuine horror stories on this sight but I am happy to put the other side.
I heartily recommend Moben and I am more than happy with my new kitchen.

Summary: Quality units well fitted by experts.
