I have recently moved into a new house, the kitchen is Moben and I actually thought it was a DIY job because it was fitted so badly, not until I looked up Moben did I find this was a professionally fitted kitchen! Anyway to cut a long story short I needed to add a cupboard, so I went to the moben showroom in Manchester, "can I have a price for a 600 cupboard and maple door please?" says I, "no" says the lady in the shop, "you have to contact head office heres a number".

Phoned the number and was put through to voicemail, left a message no return call. 4 days in a row left messages and no reply, tried emailing them no reply. So I guess they don't want to sell me a door and cupboard. I am looking to cahange the kitchen about 12 months time, Moben will not be asked to quote.

Summary: Avoid like the plague
