Advantages: Impressed at speed they cleared my deposit cheque

Disadvantages: Kitchen fitted by Stevie Wonder.

Having been relieved of £8k on the day the salesman called I had expected some sort of professional approach to having my kitchen fitted. It was a shambles, bad fitting, fitter failed to turn up one day without any warning ( probably to have eyesight tested), brick walloped so hard when fitting electric socket that it came through into lounge. Helpful advice from fitter " just paint over it". When tiler turned up he told me that the work surfaces were uneven and when I looked, they sure were all over the place, a complete mess.Response from Moben? £200. I don't think so. Not at all helpful initially but eventually they agreed to fix all the problems. My advice, steer clear and definately do not part with any cash up front, if that's a deal breaker then don't go with it.
