beware of false promises (Moben Kitchens)

Advantages: good quality kitchen

Disadvantages: taken over eleven weeks to complete

I ordered my kitchen in january and was told delivery would be week of 13th of march all went well and kitchen arrived as promised. The insillation date was 20th of march but said fitters were ill. Promised to arrive following week and they did on time worked very hard could not fault them. Kitchen lived up to my expectations, but should have known would be to good to be true. Tiler due following week but did,nt show rang cuostomer care " right laugh that is for a title". Very unhelpful that was after three days of trying to get through. Promised begining of may "no show again" , more days of trying to make contact with "customer care". Then promised end of may "guess what" yes your right still not done.Rang again this time used threat of breach of contract backed up by letter, they blamed the tiler for letting them down and had i not recived my letter !!! "obviousley not" was my response. I then recived an intresting phone call from said tiler who was only informed of job on 20th of may he promised to be here on second of june and said only to deal with him. On 1st june turned up after calling day before to check if ok. So two and half months to complete will be glad never to ring those people again.
