Moben Kitchens - what a nightmare!

Reading the reviews we can sympathise. Only wish we'd read them before we embarked on the journey with Moben.

Everything from hard sell with no substance through indifferent fitting (actually some totally unprofessional workmanship) to the absolutely terrible customer service. We cannot emphasise strongly enough the complete lack of customer care. Their idea of customer service is to be as uncommunicative as possible and not return calls.

To talk with anybody of any seniority in the organisation is impossible. We were told that their Chief Exec doesn't take incoming calls and doesn't speak with customers!

The amount of adverse reaction to Moben we have encountered when we mention their name tells us we are not alone in believing this is not an organisation to do business with...that even includes negative comments from their suppliers.

We would strongly recommend that nobody get involved with this shambolic company.

We can sympathize with you totally as the same happened to us Moben are a complete nightmare. We were charged over £15000 for a kitchen and Moben sent us a clown to fit the kitchen he made a total mess of everything including the Garden front and back, and the garage.

How this company(if you can call them that) gets away with ripping people off is beyond belief. I strongly recommend people don't use this company until they change the way they operate and start to employ the craftsman that they say they use in their brochure

In what ways did they fall short of your expectations?...what efforts did you make to get them to resolve the issues?...how long was the time period?... are these matters still totally unresolved?...is there anything they can do to reinstate your faith in them as a company?... THERE IS SO MUCH MORE THAT COULD HAVE BEEN INCLUDED.
However the review did kind of capture some kind of emotion in you which I always like to see in a review, BUT WE DO NEED SOME DETAILS TOO....
I wish people would check out DOOYOO before they make any kind of major purchase.

For what it's worth I reckon you should re-write this review, this time with details. Plan it on a piece of paper first. I CAN SMELL A REALLY GOOD REVIEW IN THE MAKING!!
