Why can't i give zero stars!! 1 is far too good. (Moben Kitchens)

Disadvantages: Quite simply they lie.

Have to agree with everyone on here. Moben are a shocking company.

Had a 'salesman', sorry designer around, and had the usual patter about 1 time only offers, so we had to signup on the night.

Original quote of £13k was eventually lowered to £9k. We checked our cancellation rights and were told that as long changed our mind before the surveyor comes we could have full refund. Following more pressure, and on the understanding of our right to cancel we signed.

I then came online and found bad review after bad review on the internet and in discussion forums. Immediatley we questioned our decision and decided we would cancel first thing in the morning. Staff at Manchester HO were initially pleasent, and said the refund would not be a problem. Within minutes my local sales office were ringing me demanding to know why i'd cancelled. He finally said 'Well if you cancel you'll loose your deposit'. I went livid. Tried to call HO again but phone constantly rung out, and was cut off after 5 minutes. Spoke to local office again, and sales manager said he had spoken to HO and they never agreed a refund! Was so mad i went to my local Moben office and started telling customers not to buy Moben, before being threatened that they would call the police.

Anyway, i'm now down to the tune of £2k and about to start a doubtless lengthy battle to recover my deposit.

Forget the glossy brochures. and the patter these are an absolutely shocking company with little respect for the consumer. AVOID!!!
