Advantages: Absolutely none.

Disadvantages: They are still trading.

Avoid these cowboys at all costs. The biggest mistake I made was not reading these reviews before employing this inadequate bunch. Their workmanship was appalling and they even used sub-contractors to do the tiling work which was an absolute disgrace. I took photos of the shoddy work and downloaded them onto a disc. But trying to get someone to see my point of view was impossible. Their after sales service is non-existant. It amazes me that they are still trading. These people don't deserve even one star.

Summary: Never before have I dealt with such a disgraceful company.
