moben dream kitchens.....what a joke!!! I have just had a new kitchen put in by moben to the tune of £7,500 and all i can say is DO NOT DO IT. Once they have your money they will pass you from pillar to post with any excuse to fob you off if you have any problems or issues..to date i have had to call out people 4 times with regards to this kitchen..i have a freezer which has just completely packed up..considering its only 4 weeks old quite impressive, when i asked them to replace it with as new one they first told me that they could not do that and they would have it repaired, considering it the actual compressor thats gone and is the heart of the freezer i just didn't comprehend why they wouldn't replace it, they then promised to call me back the next day to let me know ehat was happening and low and behold NO CALL FOR 5 DAYS!!! i had to keep calling them and being once again fobbed off with the sane old excuses. I am still waiting for a freezer almost 2 weeks after it packed up, my under lighting has gone once 2 days after they completed, the actual fit a nightmare as the plans were completely wrong and units and appliances compromised - basically a shambles.....so please do not fall into the same trap i did...they are completely useless!! FACT!! and that star is not there for merit..i simply couldn't get rid of it!!
