Advantages: Excellent fitter, plasterer and tiler!

Disadvantages: Dealing with "jobs worth people" in the office

Oh how I wish I had read these reviews before parting with my money! Many years ago, Moben fitted a kitchen for me in a previous house and i was very impressed. So it wasn't a problem deciding which company to go with for a new kitchen in my present house. I can so sympathise with many of these customers and I too would never recommend Moben - so many of my problems could have been avoided or sorted out so much faster had it not been for the inefficient service at the head office. It took a visit from 2 mangers before things really got moving. The installation started on 12 February and is being completede today, 22 May!! It is hardly the biggest kitchen in the world!
Although I have a very nice kitchen now it is difficult to accept that this is £12.000 worth of work - this was in their 50% off sale and a bit of bartering on my part.

Summary: Avoid them like the plague!
