I made the fatal error of reading reviews on Moben after signing up for the Kitchen. 95% of reviews were very very unfavourable, subsequently I nearly cancelled the order however I stuck with them. It turned out to be a fantastic decision. The Designer (sales man) was fair and honest, the surveyor was extremely professional and corrected small mistakes in the design made by the sales man and the fitting was excellent. The whole process took just under 1 month (fitting was 3 days). I had phone calls everyday form Moben whilst the fitter was on site to ensure we were happy.

The old kitchen was removed and carted away same day along with everything else I could fit in the skip. The fitters tidied up every day and I had electric and water for +90% of the time (100% of the evenings).

Top tips,
1) Their appliances prices are extremely competitive, they do have a teknik brand which is a lot cheaper by I went for Neff all around and could not find cheaper prices on the net anywhere
2) Don't listen to any rubbish about kitchens cheaper being in the sale. It is untrue. there is no sale on anything! You can get the initial price down by £1000's if you hold your nerve and barter
3) Understand the designer is a sales man, he will create a design for your kitchen but ultimately he is a sales man. Treat him like a sales man. He is on commission and wants the sale. see point 2.

I in all honesty I cannot fault anything with the Kitchen. I appreciate some people have had very bad experiences but thankfully not me. I would recommend Moben every time.

Summary: Cannot fault, would definitely use them again
