Very, very disappointed with Moben, wished I had seen this site before agreeing to expensive kitchen and, worse, their insistence that customers have to pay everything up front before they will even begin work, that is not working to customer needs or customer service and must be illegal? Arranged and organized dates well in advance but still they tried to change the dates and times for delivery and fitting. Material over-ordered so have lots left over, which I have paid for. It seems that Communication, organization and administration in this company is non-existent, you have to continually chase them to tell you what it is they intend to do and the attitude of their customer service section leaves a great deal to be desired. Work still not finished after two weeks, with some parts not fitted correctly and others still unsafe to use. Marks less than 5 out of 10.
