I found my experience with Moben to be rather fantastic in comparison with other companies I have dealt with in the past. The designer was very creative and had some really good ideas for the small space I had to work with. I found the visit of the surveyor gave me peace of mind knowing that the kitchen was actually going to fit my space before it was delivered, and that all health and safety issues were covered.
It was delivered in 4 weeks and yes, there were a few niggling issues with the kitchen when it was being fitted but I was quite pleased with the way that those issues were dealt with.
This may not have been the cheapest kitchen I could have bought at the outset, but I was reassured that I made the right decision when I was not asked for any more money during the fit. Everything was completed as promised, all rubbish taken away, and I love my new kitchen!
