Having had mobe around for their"no obligation" quotation we felt very pressured into making a decision there and then. There was no computerised images for us to look at just a sample of a door and a bit of worktop and the salesman wanted us to commit to a £14,000 kitchen there and then. After an hour of saying no he finally left. They didnt leave any plans or written quotation and the computer images he promised us never materialised. We then decided to do a bit of research into Moben and found all of these horror stories. In amongst these though we found a couple of good reviews about a company called Belgam.co.uk from customers that had used them and were very happy and that is exactly what we are now!! very happy. Their salesman came around and designed us a fantastic kitchen and at £12,800 were considerably cheaper than Moben and even a little cheaper than MFI. We didnt get any pressure and the whole sales process was very laid back compared to our Moben experience. We had the kitchen fitted about 2 weeks ago and again the process was very hassle free. The fitters turned up when they said they would and finished the job when they said they would. We are very impressed and would like to thank Dooyoo. My only niggle is we wished we had waited to buy the kitchen after the VAT reduction!! Thanks Mr Darling!!!
