Wow! What a fantastic service and superb kitchen I have had from Moben. It has been a great pleasure to deal with them from start to finish.
The salesperson was knowledgeable and not pushy, and came up with a great design. The surveyor was informative and polite. The fitter has done an excellent job, nothing was too much trouble for him, he was polite, and took great care in his work and built up a good relationship with me. Informing me of progress and any potential problems.
Even when Moben had sent out a couple of wrong items they were quickly rectified without any problem or question.
Everyone turned up promptly for their appointments.
I had regular phone calls from the customer service department checking up on progress throughout.
After reading some of the reviews on here I was concerned about Moben as I had paid my money and then found this website. I was almost at the point of cancelling but held tight, and saw the project through. I am so glad that I did, as I now have the perfect kitchen, that has also added value to my home.
The only thing that irritates me are the gimmicky 'free' offers they constantly do along with there all year round 'half price sales - you do end up paying for them, even though you have a better quality product than other high street big names.
All in all a very satisfied customer who's had good customer service and satisfaction from Moben - Keep it up!
