Advantages: The sales rep appeared on time

Disadvantages: The sales rep arrived, downhill from there

My wife and I are looking for a a new kitchen and thought we would give Moben a try. We arranged for a visit and the rep arrived on time and ready to go. So far so good. We got started however soon into her sales pitch she got onto the subject of other suppliers/fitters. Next we have produced for us an "internal" document listing the other main manufactures with all their faults. First out of the bag was MFI with RIP superimposed in big red letters over their review and pictures:- SOUND FAMILIAR?
Later on we came across this website and as I read the review by RB Northampton I thought, that's right that's exactly what she did. Unfortunatly, I did not have the clarity of mind to ask the rep to leave there and then but needless to say Moben won't be getting a call back. Thanks to the reviews on this website I now feel I have had a lucky escape.

Summary: Not long before we get Moben RIP. Not so funny now!
