Advantages: All in one service

Disadvantages: I'd have felt safer had I been able to hold back part of the cost until installation was complete

I ordered my kitchen then got scared having looked them up to quickly find their number and was appalled by some of the stories I read. Realized it was contractually too late to cancel at the stage we were at, so we sat tight. Everything was delivered and installed exactly as planned, follow up phone calls and quality & safety checks were performed and at this stage all I can say is they were boringly brilliant - no adventures, or disappointments. The salespeople were good at selling - but we got exactly what they said they were selling us. The name Moben with the Nordic grammar strikes me as a bit pretentious - aspiring to Nordic clean lines of efficiency and design - but it's a British company through and through. I couldn't honestly fault the service we received. The only reason I'm writing this review at this stage is because I realize 90% of reviews are written because people have experienced a problem - or have been spurred on to cancel their orders because of jitters coming from reading other reviews. Had I read sites like this before ordering I'd have thought again about it, but now we're perfectly happy. So of course, Caviat Emptor - but use common sense!
