Advantages: Taught me not to have anything installed by Moben,Dolphin or Sharp again

Disadvantages: Average product, amateurish installation, hopeless customer service

Recently had a Moben kitchen installed and now wish I'd read the reviews first as I am having similar problems to other customers. The kitchen and the fitters turned up on time and I let these "master fitters" get on with the job which they finished within the week. It was only then, after I started to check the work, that I realised they weren't quite the craftsmen Moben claimed but a pair of incompetant cowboys. The installation manager visited and gave me the impression that he was used to seeing this type of incompetance. After many phone calls and lots of parts turning up, mostly ones we didn't want, a fitter turned up unannounced and actually started to put things right and spotted more damaged and missing parts. He noticed that the reason the oven door wouldn't open properly was because the whole oven housing had been put in upside down! Ten weeks after the fitters arrived and we are still waiting for parts to arrive, are still getting the wrong parts delivered and are still promised phone calls from people that never happen. To add insult to injury I have just received a letter from Moben confirming that the installation of my kitchen has been completed to my satisfaction. Totally useless company - don't touch with a very long barge pole unless you enjoy months of frustration.

Summary: Better to do it yourself than use these jokers
