worst company i have ever had the misfortune to employ, i paid nearly £14,000 for a fall apart kitchen, i paid the deposit before looking at the reviews,just try to cancell, no chance in a million, the hob cracked within a week of being fitted mobens response is to claim off your household insurance, the pull out larder door has dropped forward by 3/4 inch the long drawers have dropped (screws missing from the runners) worktops dropped, (not enough brackets) the L E D lights at the bottom of the units have packed , in the kickplates are all loose mobens customer service are a waste of time ,moben sent a waste of time area manager out to tell me to claim off my household insurance, because the conversation got heated moben have since declined to have anything further to do with my complaints,not that they were going to sort them out anyway, i have complained to trading standards who have not managed to get anywhere, but were well aware of sharps moben dolphin from the large amount off complaints they recieve about the company. moben told me about the hob cracking they had never heard of this before, but when you look on the internet it is a very common fault with tecnik hobs and ovens when i chalenged moben with my findings they just dissmissed them i was conned by the fancy website and fancy adverts and pushey salesman who prommised the earth and the best quality products and who would not leave till i paid the deposit, you have been warned buy at your peril off moben
