Dooyoo have been very good in pointing me in the right direction on a number of purchases but none more than the kitchen that we have just bought. Being a massive commitment to us financially we needed to make the right choice and Dooyoo helped us do that. We looked at our local companies and came across Intoto which were very good but very expensive. We then went into a Moben showroom which was very flash/expensive looking. The showroom staff were very helpfull if not a bit pushy but we booked a visit. We did offer to bring our plans into the showroom but we were told this wasnt allowed. Once the saleswoman arrived we soon realised why. We was subjected to the normal 3 hours of direct selling that reminded us of the old double glazing/conservatory sales technique and we reluctantly i have to say agreed to go ahead at a cost of just over £13000. Once the saleswoman had left with our deposit we both panicked and thought we had made a rash decision so went online to see where our money was going and found this forum. Having read some of the awful reviews we decided to cancel our order. After reading through the reviews we came across Belgam Kitchens which had a number of good reviews so decided to book a visit. They came out and gave us a really good price and left us the plans for us to think about it. We did have a couple of other companies in but decided to go woth Belgam and they have done a very good job. Everything was delivered on time and fitted very well, price wise they were cheaper, however after looking around most of the companies were very similar in quality. My main gripe with Moben is that if they had not gone for big sales pressure we probaly wouldnt have felt so concerned about proceeding with them. However after looking at Dooyoo we have ended up making the right decision.
