Poor sales (Moben Kitchens)

We have just been through the sales process that is Moben Kitchens and must say that it has left a bitter taste in our mouths. From the very outset we made it clear that we didnt want to be pressured into making a decision straight and were assured that this would not be the case. When the designer came this was a very different matter. He was quite intimidating from the outset and got quite aggresive when we said no matter what we wouldnt make a decision there and then. We were a little scpetical how he reckoned he could knock £4000 off the price if we did it there and then and not a week later as we requested. We had already had 3 other companies around and gone throught the same thing with Living Design Kitchens who were also aggressive. We very nearly did sign up with Moben but after reading these reviews are glad that we didnt. We did find another company through Dooyoo called Belgam Kitchens who had some positive feedback. We got a quote from them and were impressed with the price and with the presentation. We decided to go ahead with their quote and have just had the kitchen fitted. Our completed kitchen looks fantastic and is everything we expected the installation has been a dream. The kitchen is white gloss with a black gloss worktop and rangemaster appliances. They did us a great deal pricewise at £9,200 the nearest company to them was actually Moben in price as most of the other companies we looked at were over £15,000. We even looked at B&Q who were a ridiculous £14,200 for basically the same kitchen as Moben or Belgam if anything not as good quality. If you are looking for a good product and a good price try Belgam purely for the no pressure experience of it all. If Moben werent so agressive in the sale approach maybe we would be singing theor praises right now.
