Moben - i will never buy anything from them again (Moben Kitchens)

I decided to buy a kitchen a couple of years ago and set about getting various quotes. In the end I decided on Moben (my first and largest mistake)

The problems that I enountered are too many to go into here, but I will outline the main points.

The installation was delayed twice (in the meantime I was expected to store the new kithcen) when they sub contractors arrived, they ripped out the old kitchen then discovered that 1 of the units was wrong and stopped work. It eventually took a week to complete and during that time we had no washine machine or cooker and for most of it we didnt have a sink either. They also managed to leave us without heating or hot water for 1 night.

The quality of the work was very bad, with several damaged panels and damage to our newly plastered walls.

The rubbish was not collected for about a week and only after I had called several times to complain. The guys who collected the rubbish said that loads of people complained about moben.

The 'snagging list' was so long that they sent an area manager out to try to sort the problems. It took 100's of phone calls and 3 visits (over several months) from them to get anywere near fixing most of the problems. Even then, the kitchen is not what I expected with handles falling off, drawers collapsing and kick boards slipping. the bottom of the units do not line up and a shelf I ordered on delivery finally arrived about a year later.

The after sales staff are rude and very uninterested in helping find sollutions to problems they have caused.

Everyone who knows me has been horrified by my experience and i doubt any of them would ever consider Moben (Dolphin is their bathroom company) for any work in their homes.

Please please do not get yourself involved with this company, as in my experience, you will only live to regret it.
