Disadvantages: Poor Quality Fit, Poor Customer Service, Poor Quality Product
I bought a Kitchen from Moben believing that they were an organisation that prided its self on quality, how wrong can you be. My kitchen fitted in January at a cost of over £10000 was badly fitted, was scatched and dented and had bits missing (somewhere along the line the waste disposal unit that was delivered just disappeared). To cap it all the dishwasher gave you a shock when you touched it and the sink at the same time and the whole Kitchen smelled of gas where there was a small gas leak from the new cooker. I waited a month for a surveyor from Moben to come out and look at the problems and have now waited four months for Moben to fix the problems and am still waiting for them to set a date - they did however deliver all the replacement parts which have sat in my dinning room ever since. To say their customer service is bad is a complete understatement, they neve ring back when they say and never do anything except try and put you off for as long as possible. If you are considering buying a Kitchen from Moben - DONT.

- 05/11/03 Thanks very much for taking the time to post your comments on Moben. I was really shocked to see the number of negative comments about their aggressive hard-sell techniques and non-existent post sales care. I just wanted to say that having read your experiences my boyfriend and I cancelled the Moben salesman who was due to come round this evening. When I phoned the number given to cancel, the woman at the end didn't even know about the appointment! I think it was a good decision to read DooYoo as I am sure that we have saved ourselves an expensive mistake. |

- 30/05/03 Sorry to rate you low but your opinion is a bit short on background and detail.
That was a hell of a price for a kitchen to put to the likes of Moben. |
