Problems with Moben: Very pushy sales The price you agree too isn't the price you pay - initial sales visit underestimates horribly! Dont go with Moben!!! you do so at your peril. Dont part with any money and if you do just a small deposit. I really dont believe these negative reviews!! After both my parents and my brother had a moben kitchen i had no problems going with them as well. All of us have had a proffessional and quality jobs done. The best thing for me was the constant communication and th fact that ,as promised, the price we paid was the price we were quoted. The designer (Paul something) did a lovely design for us, but he missed of something but the surveyor picked this up and sorted it after getting in touch with the design office. I really can`t fault them and I have met others since who have only had good things to say. I really thing that these bad comments are ex employees or rival companies. These review sites are good but how can you tell if what the people say is true.

I was really pleased with my Moben experience. Any questions or problems I had were sorted out immediately by the manager who was just a phone call away. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful on the phone and the fitter, Ian MacDonald was very hardworking and did a very professional job. The work was all completed to my satisfaction in less that 2 weeks. I would definitely recommend Moben kitchens.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Moben have the most appalling customer service I have ever come across. I have been waiting months for a refund on a cooker hood that we didn't take and am constantly being told by their customer service that they are awaiting their accounts department to issue the cheque and that they are only contactable by email. So even internally they have no phone contact between departments.....how ridiculous is that. I'm always being promised that I will be called back to give an update.........this never happens and I've now probablt spent the refund in phone calls to their customer service department.
Moben pride themselves on quality....but this is absolute rubbish the worktop that we brought is already scratched in many places....and as mentioned the customer service is appalling..............not what you expect from £10K worth of kitchen.

I agree with other members this is the worst company to deal with, once they have had the money any problems are difficult to deal with. My kitchen was fitted on 22nd june 09, the cooker gets so hot you can not touch it, they replaced the first one so i thought they were playing game, now the second has exactly the same problem, they sent independent engineer from rangemaster who said it was dangerous and not to use it, moben called me and told me the engineer said it was fine and they would not be replacing or giving me my money back as we signed the agreement when we first ordered the kitchen.
So they have just this week to sort it as i have contacted watchdog and trade in standards.
I would just like to add the kitchen fitter was great no complaints!

My Moben kitchen has been in for a few years now but I still get distressed over the experience. It took them 51 weeks to finish installing it. Customer service appalling. Biggest disappointment is the £1,500 Tecnik stainless steel range cooker - it had been in 2 yrs when two of the inner glass oven door panels exploded inexplicably. Whilst I was waiting for the engineer the element went in the fan oven, I had it replaced but it's gone again. Now I've only half the grill working. I refuse to have it fixed as they're not standard parts, you have to use a Moben subsiduary to get it fixed. I could have bought a decent one for £500, first chance I get it's going to the tip. So, if you must use Moben DO NOT buy their appliances!

We have just had a kitchen fitted by Belgam kitchens after a close shave with Moben. We almost put pen to paper but after reading the reviews on Dooyoo decided to look at alternative companies.
