Moben kitchens are not reliable and un-trusted. Once you sign on the dotted lines you're stuck but Mirage kitchens has been around for 5 years and you don't sign on any paper. You book a designer to visit you house, the design works out the amount of units you need and once you say go we order your kitchen and ask for no money unit all the kitchen is outside your house or you pay for what you get. I was suckered in by the moben designer, making us feel like we had to accept there & then or we wouldn't get the 'best' deal, he was pushy & arrogant but the kitchen seemed gorgeous & what we wanted so we put the deposit down. Yet another to add to the tale of misery left in the wake of Moben Kitchens ... wish we had read all these reviews first, anyone logging on ... DO NOT BUY A MOBEN KITCHEN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!! Fitting is crap, customer service is non existent ... Full of promises, never happens! I CANNOT stress enough ... the sooner this completely inept, pathetic, despicable company goes out of business the better!!! They deserve to!Sadly there is no possibility of giving a minus rating below .....

probably the biggest and costliest mistake of our lives poor service and poor communication , bad planning with no interest in our needs took our hard earned money and did not care. this was our first new kitchen and we were hoping for something special and after looking at their brochures and what they promised if we can achieve 1 thing from this review is to hopefully stop 1 person from having "the moben " experience , it took them 1 week to do our kitchen but took us 2 months to get it how we wanted it and it still isn't right. we asked for a breakdown of where our money went but were told they had no obligation to do so , dont go with moben you will pay over the odds , we were offerered £200 by them if we kept quiet and tuned them down

DON'T BE TEMPTED BY THE MOBEN ADVERTS!!! Absolute nonsense what they promise you. They said we would have more space, we now have less, they promised no more than 4 days it took 4 weeks. We were told you wouldn't have to pay till it was done, but when they brought it round, they wouldn't leave the goods till the money had been passed over! The men then let the doors slide through their hands off the trucks and onto the floor, my very expensive kitchen! Promise of project manager, nothing. Salesman said not to buy splashbacks or tiles as it would ruin the finish. All power points are in stupid places and not hidden. Their website stated. "guarantee gives you complete peace of mind. So do not buy a moben kitchen. You'll be better off letting your mates do it!

NEVER, EVER use Moben (or whatever company name they choose to call themselves!). After 3 years of countless promises, emails, letters, telephone calls - still no conclusion. Poor quality base units and unit doors that warp within 6 months of fitting. 14 of these unit doors had to be replaced. 7 of the 'replacement' doors had to be replaced. At this very moment every unit door is showing signs of warping again. The five year guarantee is worthless. The present response of Moben is basically "go away". Our next step is court action. If anyone wishes to add any opinions then I would be pleased to hear from them. If you care to read the reviews on this site of the last 14 months you will see that there are 18 in 'support' but 122 against. Speaks volumes, I feel.

Just a quick comment: DONT BUY MOBEN KITCHENS!They are very good at selling asking you to pay as soon as possible, but their service (installation and management) is really bad.Just to give you an example: they cracked the floor in my kitchen and they refused to pay it as they said it is "unavoidable" to have damages to your property when installing a kitchen!They ignored all my emails and letters and after 6 months we are still dealing with the case.Avoid all stress and anger they can cause you! DONT BUY MOBEN KITCHENS!

We do not advise using Möben Kitchens. The after sales service is crap no one returns calls. We had our kitchen fitted 4 years ago and since then we have had to have all the doors replaced (18) because the coverings peeled off. This took months for someone to visit. Don't take any of the appliances. The control knobs on the cooker are plastic coated so within weeks the covers melted, the fans ceased up and had to be replaced. When the appliances broke down after the Moben warranty expired our new cover with a well known company said they do not have technicians that cover Tecnik appliances so we had to find our own and send in the bill. When we decided to decorate the kitchen it is then you see how the units are fixed. We will never use them or recommend anyone to use Möben Kitchens.

When the plans were emailed to us a gap of 10 cm was shown by the cooker and generally we were unimpressed with the call from Head Office pushing for a survey one week later and even setting a fitting date only three weeks away!It is clear from reading the various reports that Moben Head Office only want your money and are not interested in providing a prompt professional service thereafter.Thank goodness we read the complaints on this website and on other sites and made arrangements to cancel our cheque the following day.The simple message seems to be steer well clear of this Company and look elsewhere!

Because of Dooyoo, we nearly cancelled our kitchen update with Moben. Thankfully we weighed the number of reviews versus the estimated number of kitchens Moben install each month. We decided Moben offered a "Good Deal" and undoubted quality. To say we are delighted is an understatement. The quality of the units and workmanship has been exceptional.Throughout, Moben have managed the process. Leaving us hassle free. The kitchen Designer/Sales was most helpfull and tried to sell what we wanted. The surveyor revised the plan and said why, indicating any possible issues.The fitter, AMAZING quality, versatility and attention to detail. I felt I had to put the case for Moben. Maybe people who get a good job tend to stay quiet. Perhaps a kitchen has many areas that can go wrong. For us Moben have been exceptional. They delivered on time, on budget, with quality and attention to detail.

If you have had a designer in to look over your kitchen , rather than read reviews without foundation or validity - why don't you speak to actual customer who have dealt with any companies you are considering at least then you can have a two way honest conversation. Moben have not been in business for along time by chance surely and must be doing something right. - Ask yourself this when was the last time you wrote a good review ?
