Had my Moben kitchen fitted 2 years ago. Very shoddy! Wonky doors and fittings. Water filter on tap broke within a couple of weeks. The fitter was a complete cowboy and did a real rush job (even sent me out-I work full time-to get some of the fittings!!)Just last week a wall cupboard fell down on top of my husband smashing glasses all over him. A local fitter came out to make the area safe the following day (this was good) but the area manager is meant to come and inspect the safety of the rest of the kitchen. He hasn't even bothered to call. The call centre is very unfriendly and unhelpful. Make you feel like a nuisance. Customer care?? What a complete joke!! It'll be MFI next time. Fraction of the price for a crappy kitchen.

Gutted. Wish I had found this site before we ordered our new kitchen. We have just forked out some £17,000 for what we thought would be a dream kitchen. Fell for all the claims of top quality product with professional hassle-free installation. What a joke! Unfortunately paid the entire money up front. That was 13 June. Now August and our kitchen is still not finished. Doors still missing. Most of what they have finished is going to have to be ripped out and redone, since half the kitchen is wonky, with things being cut/fitted at weird angles, tiling job was rubbish, and worst of all, then got one measurement wrong at the start of the installation, overshot the run of wall, rather than rectifying proceeded to make unauthorised alterations to our original victorian sash window frames! Our struggle continues. Buyer beware!

What a joke, Mobem have just attempted to install my new kitchen, was advised of fully trained fitters, Rubish, wish i had read these reviews. They have made my walls fit the kitchen, there are holes through the plasterboard where they have fitted worktops - they have used wood screws straight to plasterboard - cupboard doors don't shut - kick boards not secure - doors not level - doors damaged - screw showing through the bottom of cupboard - extractor hood not secure - extractor vent blows out if on full - uneaven badly sawn joints - items left in garage unfitted - hole in kitchen floor - worktops not joined correctley and lots more, have paid deposit and still O £7.5K LETS HOPE THEY CORRECT THERE BODGE JOB !!!!!

I bought a new kitchen in June 2007 and am still struggling to have a fully functioning kitchen. Problems began when the washer/dryer overheated and the dryer function no longer worked. Moben salesperson lied about their fitters being fully employed not contract, they failed to complete on time, in fact we are still not sorted after a kitchen fited in Feb 08.If you want endless calls to customer complaints bad workmanship be my guest but as several people have said you have been warned. They are simply the worst company I have ever ever had the misfortune to deal with.Thank god we refused to pay in full up front because of reviews like this. Without some leverage you would get nothing done and as I have indicated we are still not complete. Outstanding matters include wobbly centre island, door handles that pull off, cupboard with the wrong doors(different sizes)missing shelving and more. DONT let them pursuade you these reviews are disgruntled staff.. malicious they are not.

Over £13,000 for units and a 'free' cooker I feel totally ripped-off . Moben Kitchen. From start to finish the end result was first class. Sales - design- fitting- tiles plumbing and electrical connections all completed within 4 days. No waiting for parts or services personnel. All old appliances removed on completion. No hassle marvellous.Had to admire all the work force and how they dealt with each task. Result a happy snd contented wife and still happy. Should have done it years ago and with Moben.

Oh how I wish I had read these reviews before parting with my money! Many years ago, Moben fitted a kitchen for me in a previous house and i was very impressed. So it wasn't a problem deciding which company to go with for a new kitchen in my present house. Without going bespoke this is the next best thing, from designing your kitchen which is top quality, to completing your wonderful fully fitted kitchen. The kicthen is of top quality and affordable. My advice to anyone buying a new kitchen would be to steer well clear of Moben kitchens. The installantion of my kitchen began February 2008 and it is still not finished May 2008. Once you have signed up and paid for your kitchen you are dealing with a call centre. My original fitters were sacked and I never saw them again. I have never in my life had such bad service and lack of care from a company. It has cost me a lot of money and heartache and I feel a complete idiot. If this kitchen ever gets finished I will let you know. Meantime have nothing to do with this company they are completely disreputable.

Moben Kitchens - do yourselves a favour and don't bother. Read all of the bad reviews about them and take heed. We are 5 months into a nightmare and there is still no sign of completion. We have had 2 area managers, 5 different fitters endless rows with Moben all to no avail. Still our sink leaks and the kitchen is a tip.

Good call steve. Just had our kitchen fitted by Belgam. Good price. Considerably cheaper than Moben. What we liked more than that was no bullyboy tactics. three visits later we committed. Everything turned up when they said it would and somehow they fitted it all in 2 days. New Range Cooker loving it!! Hence the user name ( I Know a little sad ). Good result though!!

Please please take my advice and steer clear of Moben kitchens I foolishly let my self be taken in by their swish T.V. advertisements and glossy brochures . Moben started to fit our kitchen in April last year are still trying to get it right and I can honestly say that it is the biggest load of crap that I have had the misfortune to pay for.
