Avoid these cowboys at all costs. The biggest mistake I made was not reading these reviews before employing this inadequate bunch. I bought a kitchen from Moben but has turned out to be a huge mistake.

DO NOT EVER BUY A MOBEN KITCHEN!

I have had everything from leaking pipes, leaking washing machines, engineers that cannot speak english, poor messy finishing....

An absolute nightmare which cost me over £10,000....

I had a Moben kitchen last year and they were spot-on! Cracking kitchen, stressfree installation and a good price. There were a few issues which we had after the fit but they were very good at sorting them out. I have had a very bad experience with a kitchen from MFI before and was happy to pay a little bit more this time.

All kitchen companies have their faults including moben, but moben are still UK's #1 kitchen company and for good reason! I bought a magnificent kitchen from moben 'paris cappucino:ivory (the same one on the picture)' and it was amazing! Moben - kitchen company from hell. Don't show up for appointments, mis-sold cupboards not fit for purpose, poor workmanship, kitchen had to be taken out and refitted - still outstanding issues with it. Customer services a shambles - no one returns our calls and it seems like Moben dont care now they have our money. We are now taking this to court.

Based on my experience I would NEVER consider buying from Moben again.

After lots of problems we have a nice kitchen HOWEVER we still face a dispute with them. Their fitter damaged an internal door. He then tried to cover it up. Moben say its not their responsibility as in the contract they are not liable for damage caused by their fitter. If you are buying a kitchen call me first ! How to get back at Moben - easy really, just buy 1 share in the company, they then have to send you the date, time and place of the AGM which you are legally entitled to attend. If you are considering buying a Moben kitchen, DON'T. Once they have your money they are not interested and their aftersales service is absolutely disgraceful. Our kitchen has been in for a year, there are a couple of things wrong and Moben want us to send a cheque for £75 before they will send anyone out.
