If you are considering buying a Moben kitchen, DON'T. Once they have your money they are not interested and their aftersales service is absolutely disgraceful. Our kitchen has been in for a year, there are a couple of things wrong and Moben want us to send a cheque for £75 before they will send anyone out.

Moben Kitchens - what a nightmare!

Poor design, inferior quality, poor fitting and possibly the worst customer service offered by any consumer organisation from sales through to the abysmal customer care.

The list of problems is never ending and their communication to the paying customer non existent. I hope people benefit from our bitter personal experience.

Reading the bad reviews on this site about Moben kitchens I certainly recognise from my own experiences some aspects of the complaints made here. Arranged an appointment at Mobens Uxbridge branch Saturday for the following Wednesday, told them for a new house which we had not exchanged. Received a last minute call Wednesday to say salesman sick but also that as not exchanged cannot call as may not happen. Can Moben explain how many sales calls they make that does not turn into a sale? Why did the shop not tell us? Poor service, will not use them!
