DO NOT ORDER ANY GOODS from Pine on line, (furniture 24/7) would be my advice. An 'outfit' more than a company, i ordered a mattress which was not as described and , when i tried to return it, found the staff to be elusive to reach, unhelpful, and obstructive.. When i eventually argued my case to have it collected, i was charged £50 for the 'priveledge'.. It was several weeks before they collected it, and a further two months to refund my money (less the 'collection charge')..
I have contacted Trading Standards, but they have directed me to Pine on line's 'terms and conditions' (the smallprint) which more or less indicates their customer unfriendly ethos.
I will be directing Trading Standards to this website now i have found it. Reading other people's comments, it is clear this company has some kind of 'rudeness policy'.. Company rating: Unpleasant. . Avoid...

I have had a recent experience of Pineonline (early 2008). Their customer service is awful.

My advice is:

- don't rely on the information on their website
- don't rely on what they tell you on the phone
- expect to have lots of your time wasted
- don't expect any consideration if they make a mistake.

Their parent company is Multi Ecommerce and an associated company is called Furniture Mad.

Go Elsewhere !!!!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM PINEONLINE!!
I have just received a bed - which is NOT THE BED I ORDERED. on top of that, it is badly packaged and therefore now badly damanged.

Pineonline insist it is the correct bed, despite the fact that it looks nothing like the bed on their website.

Refused to give me a refund and collect the broken bed. Said we can take it back to manchester ourselves if we want to return it (we live in Kent).

When i complained - they asked if I was out to cause trouble!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SHODDY "COMPANY"!

Im taking the matter to Trading Standards and have now instructed a solicitor.

DISCRACEFUL CUSTOMER "SERVICE"!!!!!!

Very very poor. We had to cancel an order because the driver failed to show up, and the best they could do was come back in a week's time. Meanwhile we are left with no furniture and having to look elsewhere. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
