they dont want to know if you have a problem, they are rude and unhelpful once they have your money (Plumbs Furniture Covers)

Advantages: I cannot think of anything good to tell you about the company Disadvantages: terrible customer service I bought my settee covers which cost £1000 and after 1 month they had bobbles and were fading on the tops and sides. The rep sent them back saying it shouldnt happen and I would have replacements in 1 week. Its almost three week now and I am still stting on bare cushions. No-one calls you back and I am ringing daily. They havent even been inspected yet and they are saying they wont inspect them as they are dirty. They left my house clean and why would the rep take them if they were dirty. The staff are rude and unhelpful and now they are sending the failty ones back to me. Trading standards have said they are faulty whether they are dirty or not and are just being awkward. I cannot imagine how badly a company can treat its customers. Definately dont use them as if you have a problem they dont want to know. Summary: they are rude and unhelful if there is a problem after they have your money |
