I'm very pleased with my Plumbs furniture covers. 20.4.09
I first contacted Plumbs at the begining of March. True to their word Kevin one of their sales men rang and made an appointment to visit me (10.3.09). He arrived on time and he had plenty of samples to show me. I found as a sales man Kevin was able to give me good advice, he gave me plenty of time to choose the fabric I liked and I didnt find him at all pushy.
The material I chose was quite expensive but as my suite is a good quality solid one I thought it well worth having good covers made for it. Plumbs soon sent me a sample from the roll of material I ordered so I could be sure it was the right one.
Soon after this I was contacted by Tim Clarke the upholsterer, he made an appointment at my convenience to fetch my suite away so he could make the covers in his work shop. He left me some courtesy chairs to sit on while the work was being done (8.4.09). My suite was delivered back to me on 17.4.09 with new covers fitted. I I'm very pleased with Tim's workmanship
my suite looks like new, well worth the money spent and all completed in seven weeks from when I first contacted Plumbs. Excellent service.
