Newest Review: ... was shattered, the frame broken, all glass parts smashed. Of course we rang them immediately after we had opened and viewed ... more  ... the supprise. They were very appologetic... and that was all. And that was back in September 2005.
We tried to get them to help with postal insurance or compensation, but so far ... f..k all. KRANENSPECIALIST provided a shite service, they cannot send a fragile parcel properly so that it reaches its destination intact, and they are corrupt and unhelpful but very greedy when your money is up for grabs.
About Shock Verto I can only say it looks ugly at least in our parcel and it does not last....more |

We ordered a Schock Verto from http://www.kranenspecialist.nl/ in Holland as the web site suggests and dealt with Mr. Sander Rosien. They seemed very keen to sell. It was all aranged without any problems - until the parcel arrived. It did not sound healthy, in fact the whole cabinet was shattered, the frame broken, all glass parts smashed.
