We had a very good experience right from initial visit to completed wardrobes. All arrived on time and they were able to cope with changes right up to day of fitting. All contact with Sharps was positive and very helpful. Installer was local company who worked extremely well and provided us with a first class installation. One negative we have is the offer of initial visit discount and free accessories. The quote given includes all discounts but didnt get to see the cost prior to these discounts. We think that once the quote is given then any free accessories should be included on list afterwards so you can see your discounts. We were pleased with how the designer listened to what we wanted then offered alternatives, which ended up to our advantage and not to make it easier for Sharps. Overall wardrobes were not cheap but we believe we paid for quality and professional design and installation, extremely pleased and would recommend. We believe in this instance we got what we paid for.
