The sales lady was very pleasant. Bedroom layout meant there wasn't much need for design as alcoves limit this! I knew what I wanted really. However, she was able to make some useful additions. Again got that 'this price is only for today' pitch.
Surveyor who came later was here for ever and decided sales person had made a mistake with measurements. She hadn't but HE HAD. He also called me 'love' which I don't like.
Fitter was OK. Locked himself in the room for a few days. He was a bit sullen but got on with the job. There was a hell of a lot of dust. Nobody explained that all the cutting would go on the room itself. I assumed it would be done outside.
I am happy with the wardrobes and the drawer units. I like the fact the doors don't overlap so you can open any of them at any time.
All in all a pretty fair experience.
