An interesting company I have to say. We only had one wardrobe fitted in the end and I guess not the largest of jobs that Sharps would be after. However, at the time we were after new wardrobes in two rooms but the salesman said that we shouldn't bother with one of the rooms! He went on to say how we can ask the fitter to make something ... Very disappointed in the quality of my wardrobes. The 5 year guarantee is not worth the paper it's written on. Aftercare and repair is none existent. Fitters were good and did a good clean up afterwords, however they are a one man contractor hired by sharps. Recommend! No.

Designer - really good with good & effective ideas.Cost - very competitive with other suppliers.Communication from order to installation - very good.Fitter excellent completed a really good job. Some minor points - still awaiting the phone call upon completion of installationFitter should have cleaned the "inside" of the sliding doors - got sawdust on clothes & really difficult to clean doors when in situ.Disappointed with the cost of making an alteration to one of the doors.Overall Very good service & wardrobes from Sharpes. We would recommend them and use them again.

We are extremely disappointed with the quality of the fitted wardrobes we have had installed by Sharps. Although Sharps ripped out and re-did the wardrobes following the first installation due to the inferior quality of the product and them being unusable due to my disability (which Sharps were aware of), the replacement design is much smaller than the original. Therefore we would have expected a refund as it is obviously a cheaper design. We have also had to spend more time and money redecorating to repair the damage left from the removal of the first installation. This has left us feeling very unhappy and wishing we had bought freestanding furniture instead.

This is our second home office which has been installed by Sharps. The sales consultation was constructive and unpressured allowing us to agree a user friendly layout for our new home office. The sales consultant was experienced and able to give constructive feedback to our suggestions and requirements. After placing the order we received a prompt visit from the surveyor who confirmed all the specifications, this was followed by a timely call to arrange a fitting date at a convenient time for us. The fitter had 20 years experience and made a superb job of installing the office furniture which took 1 1/2 days. The whole process from placing the order to completion was stress free and took 4 weeks. Would highly recommend this high quality product and service.

We had our first Sharps bedroom installed about 4 years ago and this year we decided to change two further bedrooms. We compared other suppliers like Hammonds and Wrens but Sharps came on top with the desig we wanted. The designer arrived on appointed time and day, designed bedrooms suitable for our needs. We had our first Sharps bedroom 15 years ago and have only just replaced it. It has lasted extreemly well and not a single hinge ever came adrift...not did any drawers collapse! I have to say..it was well worth the money over time. We have had a new different bedroom just fitted and I cannot speak more highly of the people involved ... Read the complete review

I would stay clear of Sharps Bedrooms and NEVER recommend them to anyone. Their customer service is non existent, the quality of their product is rubbish and they like to avoid talking to you at all costs. The fitter was good but that is the only good comment I can make. The fitter was not Sharps own fitters as they would like you ... Read the complete review

What a a nightmare from hell Sharps are and I haven't even got the finished item yet. After accepting the estimate and my card details taken - it took them 9 days to phone me and say they couldn't read the numbers the salesperson had written down. I gave the card details yet again. 9 days later they phoned again to ask when I was ... Read the complete review

This is first time I have used Sharps and after contacting them of my interest, I had a visit from one of their sales advisor. I was impressed with his knowledge on the subject, recommendations and his honesty on the total price of it all including installation. We first had Sharps bedrooms over 20 years ago in our first house. The colour scheme was able to be perfectly matched by the decor. When we moved we kept the dressing table and stools for our new bedroom until we could afford to buy new fittings. We have now furnished two further bedrooms and in one case had to replace units following ... Read the complete review

We replaced our old fitted bedroom in the Summer of 2012. Having visited a stockist it was very simple to arrange a free, no obligation survey. The surveyor was extremely helpful and professional providing us with a design that suited our needs without sticking to the layout that was already in place. We took advantage of a 50% off sale ... We had four bedrooms fitted earlier this year and all of them are of different styles. We very much liked the quality of the work that has been done in all four bedrooms. The issue we faced was with the service provided. We had to chase for the work to be done many times. After a long delay of couple of months the wardrobes were fitted but I must say that the guy who worked on it was really good and did a very good fitting. So overall we are quite happy that we went with sharps.

We had three bedrooms fitted earlier this year and couldn't really fault the process. My daughter's bedroom in particular has been completely transformed into her new palace. We did need a replacement desktop in her room, but this was arranged and fitted with virtually no delay or fuss. Sharps, in our experience, ... Read the complete review

We had a Sharps fitted in our main bedroom, the sales room was in Brtish Home Stores. The adviser turned as arranged, and spent the best part of 3 hours with us. He was well informed and gave us good advice on the best layout for maximum usage of available space. The fitting service was very good, one fitter took only one day of the estimated three to complete the work.We are happy with the installation. The only advice we would give people is to make sure you listen to advice on clearing the bedroom before installation and do take the carpets up , it pays divivdends!Although some of the extras are on the dear side it worth getting them supplied at the time of installation to save messing about after.R&S Johnson

We had a Sharps rep visit us at home and take a lot of time to go through our needs and help us design fitted wardrobes. Even with discounts the price was still pretty high. However, the end result is fantastic. Everybody who sees our wardrobes comments on how nice they are and we are very impressed with the look and quality. I had not been keen for the 'fitted' look as it can tend to lack style (in my opinion!)However, the wood finish we chose and the handles actually made the end result look very stylish and individual. We also visited a showroom to select handles and the assistant there was helpful, friendly and polite. All in all a good experience with this company.

We had Sharps around just to get some ideas about our bedroom. We were so impressed with the salesman/designer that we decided straight away that Sharps were the ones to use. There was no need to have any others to call. There was absolutely no hard sell or pressure from him. His design and drawings were very impressive and he gave us a very good price. The installer that came was also very impressive. We couldn't believe the amount of work he did in 2 days. Both the designer and installer were very friendly and professional. The quality of the products and the service were fantastic. We would recommend Sharps to anyone anytime.

We wanted some made-to-measure wardrobes to be fitted in our main bedroom. We live in a cottage and the ceilings are low and curved in the top corners. You can tell which of these reviews is written by Sharps themselves, can't you? My Sharps office has a broken wheel on a drawer runner which they can't replace! The office itself has been good up to now.
