Disadvantages: shopping is a nightmare, delivery service is NOT ikea (but it's called Ikea Home Delivery)

I bought several kitchen item and beds in Ikea recently. After the usual nightmare of purchase, they eventually sold me the incorrect items which did not fit together. When I realised this I cancelled my order, but Ikea told me that the Home Delivery is actually not carried out by Ikea themselves but a separate company (you do not realise this because everything is done in the same building on two different desks). You are therefore not entitled to a refund of your £30 delivery charge should something go wrong with your order for whatever reason (Ikea's fault in my case).

I am looking into the legality of my case at the moment but recommend being extra careful when you make a purchase from Ikea which involves Home Delivery.

I am not happy and lost my money (probably for good) because Ikea refuses to deal with me about the delivery charge. They say 'it's not us'. VERY BAD Ikea !!!!!!!! and no stars.
