SCS Northampton Branch

Utterly useless - took 6 months to deliver my suite and spent the entire time lying about where my suite was - in the air, on a cargo ship, even in Coventry! They never contacted me - I had to do all the chasing and they refused to refund my call costs. Customer DISservice team was atrocious - rude, sarcastic etc and failed to acknowledge written complaint. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a sofa NEVER to set foot inside any SCS branch.
