in april 07 me my wife and child went to buy a sofa after trawling round the usual stores we decided to call back into scs in sheffield the sales manager there treated us to a whole new experience.

a polite welcome to the store, a balloon for my son and coffee's as we looked arround was just what we needed after a long day it late on friday eve. and everywhere else just wanted us to "buy or leave" but not this guy, he generally seemed interested in what we had to say.
after looking arround we said we couldnt choose so he said let me ask you a couple of questions to discover what he felt was the best suit, so we did.

this mans knowledge of furniture was far greater than ours and he ended by showing us three suits, to our amazement we loved them all and couldnt choose but after discussing the options of payments on all three we selected our favorite one which happend to be over 4k but felt after time spent with the sales manager that we were doing the right thing. he showed us where to sign and talked through every page as not to miss lead us at all. the furniture arrived and it is better than the one in the store. if you need a suit and you are anywhere in the country get him, as from now on we always will...
